Refund and Return Policy

Thank you so much for your interest in my services and products.

Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of Sally F. Barleycorn ( & 

Digital products & pre-recorded (on-demand) content.

Due to the specific nature of these products there are no refunds issued for purchased digital products and pre-recorded on-demand online courses and programs.

We recommend contacting us if you have any questions before you purchase or for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

Live Online Programs & Live Online Workshops

You may cancel any order for live programs, courses, webinars and workshops that have not taken place or started, within 24 hours of purchasing and request a full refund (minus associated expenses like transaction costs, payment platform fees, etc). This includes programs and courses that will take place over several sessions or in combination of various products. 

To request a refund send an email to within the timeframe stated above.

Your refund will be issued in the same way the payment was made, unless that isn’t possible. In that case, we’ll get in touch with you to agree on a refund method.

After the guarantee period, no refunds will be issued and full payment or all installment payments are still required and will be collected.

Coaching & Consulting

There are absolutely no refunds on Coaching and Consulting because once we spend our time with you, we can’t get it back. We cannot guarantee results in a coaching or consulting relationship because results depend on your openness to being coached and your willingness to do the work.

If you are not completely satisfied with your investment and are on a payment plan, you may request we stop collecting on future payments. 

If you purchased a package including several coaching or consulting sessions and you aren’t satisfied with your investment, you may request canceling future sessions and use the remaining of your investment on other products within this website for one year (from the date of your request for cancellation).

All coaching packages between 3 to 12 sessions should be used within one year of the purchasing date of the package. Packages including more than 12 sessions will have the terms and conditions adapted to each client in their personalized intake agreement.

A great deal of energy, time, thought and heart goes into preparing for and being present on our calls together. If you’re late for your appointment, you lose that time. If you don’t show, you’ll still be charged in full. In turn, we promise to honor our appointments and be on time as well. 

If you’d like to change the time of your session, please do so at least 24 hours before the reserved time. Changes requested less than 24 hours in advance will not be taken into account and you’ll be charged in full (with the exception of an emergency or force majeure situations properly justified).

A Note on Payment Plans

If you invest with us using a multi-pay or payment plan and you decide to stay in the program or continue with the service, you are responsible for completing your monthly payments. If your credit card lapses, we will reach out to you and give you a 7-day grace period to send us your new information (you will still have access to your account or program but no 1-on-1 individual sessions will take place during this grace period). If you do not get your information up-to-date during that grace period, program or service access will be suspended.
